Privacy Notice
This notice describes how RobinPay uses information collected through the contact form at getrobinpay.com. It covers enquiries through this website. Separate terms and notices may apply to a RobinPay product account.
Who handles your information
RobinPay is responsible for the contact information you provide. The company record supplied for this website is Companies House number 17436509. You can use the registered office shown in that record for written privacy requests, addressed to RobinPay.
What we collect
The form asks for your work email. You may also provide your name, brand or store, monthly order range and what you want to improve. These optional fields help us understand the needs of prospective customers.
Cloudflare processes technical information associated with website delivery and the Turnstile security check, which may include your IP address, browser characteristics and security signals.
Why we use it
We use the details you submit to respond to your enquiry, discuss your requirements and handle follow-up relating to your request. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to a general marketing mailing list. You can ask us to stop follow-up by replying to an email we send or writing to the company’s registered office.
We use security checks to protect the form against abuse. Our basis for handling a commercial enquiry is our legitimate interest in responding to requested business communications, or taking steps at your request before entering a contract where applicable. Our basis for proportionate service security is our legitimate interest in protecting this website and its users.
Services involved
The website and form backend run on Cloudflare. Turnstile verifies form submissions. Accepted form details are sent to a private Telegram group used by the RobinPay team to manage leads. Please do not enter sensitive personal information in the form.
These providers may process data outside the UK. Their applicable service terms and privacy arrangements govern that processing. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Telegram’s privacy policy.
Retention
We keep contact information while it is needed to handle product interest and the communications you requested. If you ask to be removed, we will stop those communications and remove your lead details from our working records unless there is a legal reason to retain them. We may retain a minimal suppression record to respect your request not to be contacted.
Your choices and rights
For privacy requests, email michael@getrobinpay.com.
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, withdraw consent, or ask about restrictions, objections and portability where those rights apply. Reply to a RobinPay email or write to the registered office linked above. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not add advertising or analytics trackers. Cloudflare Turnstile is loaded for form security. The interactive product previews run in your browser and do not create a customer account or send preview selections to RobinPay.
Changes
We may update this notice as our services change. The date above indicates the latest version.
